Fleet-Wide Transformation Launching from December 2027

Holland America Line has announced the largest transformation in its history, introducing Holland America Evolution, a fleet-wide enhancement program designed to elevate the onboard experience across six ships.

This initiative will reimagine the Signature and Vista Class ships, blending the brand’s heritage with new design, expanded spaces and updated guest experiences.

With over 150 years of maritime heritage, Holland America Evolution represents a significant step forward, bringing modern enhancements while maintaining the brand’s focus on premium, destination-led travel.

Six ships will undergo a full transformation:

Bookings Open 7 May 2026 for Reimagined 2027 Sailings

Holland America Line is entering a new era of cruising with the launch of Holland America Evolution, a major fleet transformation bringing Pinnacle Class favourites, refreshed accommodations and elevated onboard experiences to more ships across the fleet.

Leading the transformation is Oosterdam, with bookings opening 7 May 2026 for sailings beginning December 2027.

The reimagined Oosterdam will feature redesigned spaces, enhanced dining experiences, refreshed staterooms and the introduction of one of Holland America’s most loved venues, the Grand Dutch Café.

One of the most requested Pinnacle Class experiences, the Grand Dutch Café brings a relaxed European café atmosphere to sea.

Inspired by traditional cafés across Amsterdam and Northern Europe, this guest-favourite venue offers:
