Regent Seven Seas Cruises has released a series of cruises which offer overnight stays at every port of call, something it says is an industry first. There are six sailings in the collection, spanning the Mediterranean, Northern Europe and Asia, with each offering special shoreside experiences as part of the overnight experience.
Speaking on the move, RSSC president Andrea DeMarco says featuring an overnight stay in every single port of call will change the way luxury travellers cruise. “These extended overnight experiences will allow guests unparalleled immersion in a range of incredible global destinations from Incheon, South Korea to Zadar, Croatia to Stockholm, Sweden.”
The collection includes voyages such as the 10-night Adriatic Elegance, which sails ex Trieste to Athens on 05 Oct 2024, with overnights in Trieste, Zadar and Kotor. Excursions include the Zadar Sunset Serenade, which sees guests experience the Sea Organ at sunset, a set of marble steps that plays harmonic sounds when seawater rushes through pipes fitted with whistles beneath the steps. Also in the collection is the seven-night Mediterranean Tapesrty ex Rome to Barcelona on 15 Nov 2024, with overnights in Rome, Tuscany, Toulon and Barcelona.
Excursion options include a Sunset Wine Tasting & Dinner at Tuscan estate Villa Dianella. In Asia, Regent voyages include the
14-night Blossoms, Towers and Temples, which sails roundtrip ex Tokyo on 05 Mar 2025, with overnights in Kyoto, Seoul, Shanghai and Tokyo. Highlighted excursions include the Relaxing Shanghai Night, which includes a traditional Chinese foot
massage, a visit to Shanghai History Museum, and a traditional meal at the Super Brand Mall.
