9 Day Indian Ocean Coastal Drive
A short drive from Perth is the white sand Scarborough Beach. Day 2 destination is the coastal fishing town of Cervantes, the gateway of "The Pinnacles" in the Nambung National Park. Stop at the iconic sight of the Pink Lake at Port Gregory on the way to Kalbarri, situated at the mouth of the Murchison river where the outback meets white sand beaches. Days 4 and 5 take you to Monkey Mia in the Shark Bay World Heritage area. Then onto the tropical oasis of Carnarvon and Exmouth, the gateway to Ningaloo Reef for spectacular snorkelling and marine life.
