What to Expect in Peru
The Amazon is a year-round destination with two seasons: High and Low
Water. When to go? Pick High Water to be closer to the wildlife in the
treetops, or Low Water to enjoy more hiking opportunities.
Peru is home to flavourful fruits and vegetables and hundreds of fish species.
Peruvian chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino has crafted an unbelievable
